| Note 1: Records are posted to the Operator Initiated Commitment report based on each record's date/time of insertion, not based on the start or end time of the associated action or event. Corrections are similarly posted based on their date/time of insertion. For this reason, users may need to review results from more than one posted report in order to review all records related to a specific action or event. | ||||
| Note 2: In compliance with FERC Order 844, the NYISO began posting the Operator Initiated Commitment Report on June 11, 2019. This report includes both Day-Ahead Reliability Unit (DARU) commitments and commitments made after the DAM for a reason other than minimizing the total production costs of serving load. The NYISO presented the content and purpose of this report at the August 23, 2018 and November 12, 2018 MIWG meetings. Out-of-Merit, DARU, Supplemental Resource Evaluation (SRE), and Special Case Resource (SCR) events are detailed on the Operator Initiated Commitment report. The Operator Initiated Commitment Report is available via the NYISO Public Website at https://www.nyiso.com/reports-information and is also available on OASIS http://mis.nyiso.com/public/ under Reports & Information. | ||||
