02-Dec-2009 15:55:39	Part 1 of 2: Effective December 15 2009, the NYISO will be enhancing its fuel indexing process for reference levels as follows: " Argus will replace ICE as the source service used for indexing natural gas " Reference level update timing will change from approximately 2PM to approximately 10PM* to correspond to the index timing.
02-Dec-2009 15:56:08	Part 2 of 2 *This change of reference level process timing is to the nominal daily update for fuel indexing. Additional reference updates will continue to be made for routine updates, emergency requests or market conditions. The NYISO presented Interim Improvement in Reference Level Timing at the October 26 MIWG as follow up to the October 7 2009 technical conference on Reference Level Software.
