04-Oct-2005 16:36:23NYISO is reserving HB 7 thru 11, 18 & 19 in the Oct 3, 2005 Real-Time Market, encompassing Energy, Regulation and Operating Reserves. NYISO is reserving HB 7 thru 11 in the October 3, 2005 Hour-Ahead Market . Prices in the Oct 4, 2005 Day-Ahead Market are correct. The NYISO and LECG have determined that the INTERNATIONAL PAPER & WARRENSBURG gen buses have incorrect LBMPs, thus necessitating reservations in the RT and HAM Markets for HB 7-11. This issue does not affect any other bus or calculation.
